We think about our services and our clients and our Instagram pages and our websites. AND THEN. Then we have to execute. We have to turn those ideas into strategies and plans and real time blocks in our calendar to make it happen. Where do we start? What's the first step? How do I even know if my first step is the RIGHT step?

Here's how it works:
Pre-Session: I will evaluate your business based on the information you provide in your intake questionnaire. For this reason, any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session. From your website to marketing materials to social media and online reviews, your company's current materials tell your prospective clients about where your business is today. I will bring notes, observations, questions, and an outline of potential solutions to discuss with you.
During the Session: We will discuss the specific topics and challenges that you identified for your business. If you need general guidance on where to even begin, no problem. We can peel back the glorious onion that is small business ownership and sort out the struggles. Regardless of what we discuss, you get two hours of uninterrupted time devoted to you, your business, and a realistic action plan.
At the end of the Session: Our time together will wrap with a summary of our session. You will leave with AT LEAST THREE ACTION ITEMS. These items will be steps you can take on your own right away. They will never require additional agreements with me or another company.
Post-Session: I will provide a written report of our discussion, including my initial observations and assessments, the topics we discussed, and your points of clarity. I will recap the action items and ensure you have the information you need to make progress towards your goals.
