If you've taken the time to create great content, or you've worked with a professional team to develop a brand story, you're bound to ask a very important and legit follow-up question: what do I do with it now?
The answer is really about having a great strategy for your brand's communication and marketing efforts, and one core component of that is delivery. How, exactly, should you put your great brand messages into action to make sure they reach your audience?
Our A to Z tip about delivery is centered around two interpretations of the word:
- First, what vehicles are you using to deliver your message to your clients? Is it social media? A beautiful website? Direct mail? Whatever it is, be strategic. Know how your audience engages with your selected media before you invest time or money.
- Second, how are you delivering your message, particularly in person? Are you sharing your messages clearly and with confidence? What is the tone that you're using and the personality you've assigned to your company?
Keeping these two elements of delivery in mind is a surefire way to start an effective communications strategy.
